Frequently Asked Questions

When will my box be delivered?

Your box will arrive once a month during your preferred delivery date and time. We aim to deliver boxes within 7-10 days of your first order. You’ll have to schedule your exact delivery date and time at checkout. After your first box, your new orders will be scheduled based on your delivery preferences and frequency. We offer delivery every month.


Do I need a med-card to join?

No, you just need to be 21+ years old to join. If you’re under 21, you’ll need to be at least 18+ with a doctor’s recommendation for medical cannabis to join. 


Who delivers the box?

A member of our Broccoli Box delivery team will deliver your box at the date and time you specify when you schedule your delivery.


Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to The Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino counties, the Inland Empire and adding new areas every month. Don’t worry! We plan on expanding our radius and adding more delivery locations soon.


Do I need to be home when my box arrives?

Yes, due to California cannabis law you must be home at the time of delivery to sign for your box and present your identification. Our delivery is super easy and we always give you ample notice so you can plan to be available on the day of your delivery. You’ll receive a tracking link on the day of your delivery. We understand things may happen, such is life. But if for some reason you can’t make your delivery, log in to your account and delay or reschedule your delivery. Be sure to do it as soon as you know you can’t make it.

What happens if I’m not home when my box arrives? We got you. If it’s your first time, we’ll let it slide. If it’s your second or third missed delivery, we do charge a $20 missed delivery fee. Before you miss your delivery, contact customer service at hello@getbroccolibox.com.


Will the delivery be discreet?

Yes, all drivers deliver in unmarked vehicles with no advertising or branding on them.


Can I purchase more than one box?

At this time, we have a limited amount of boxes, so we only allow one box, per person,  per month. However, if you have friends signup, they can purchase another one and share it with you if they want to. Good luck.  


What will be in my box?

In every box, you’ll get 5-6 products worth $300+ based on your preferences selected at checkout.


How do you select the products in the box?

Our budtenders are certified cannabis curators who have tried and tested thousands upon thousands of products to provide you with the best brands of flower, cartridges, concentrates, prerolls, beverages and edibles.


How much does the box cost?

The box costs just $98 + California Cannabis Tax and Sales Tax. Your box is valued at over $300 and would cost more with tax if you were to buy the same products at a retail dispensary — if you could find these products at your local dispensary. 


How do I schedule my delivery?

It’s super simple. Just head over to your profile and select your delivery window preferences. Once selected, we’ll serve you the closest delivery days available based on your preferences. Keep in mind, that once you’ve scheduled your delivery, you can easily reschedule or delay.


Is shipping free?

Please note that shipping is currently free. Shipping is handled by Get Broccoli licensed employees. Due to California cannabis law, you must be present to sign for your Box when your Get Broccoli delivery arrives with your order. You must also have your identification present to prove your identity and age.


Are taxes included in the purchase price?

No, taxes are not included in the $98 purchase price. Taxes will be added at checkout and are based on your delivery area. Go to checkout to see a breakdown of the entire price.


Can I choose the products in my box?

At this time, you cannot choose the products in your box, but we do allow you to tell us your specific preferences regarding product type and strain type but we will customize it for you. You’ll be able to choose specific products you want from our secret menu. 


How do I access products from the secret menu for my box?

After your first box is delivered to you, you will be able to access extremely discounted products as well as the secret menu. Any exclusive secret menu products added will be billed separately from your box payment at the time you add them.


What if I don’t love a product in my box?

If you are unhappy with any product, please contact us at hello@getbroccolibox.com and we will do our best to make it right. 


Are your products licensed?

Get Broccoli only works with licensed brands, manufacturers, distributors and operators who pass all Bureau of Cannabis Control compliance standards for delivering fresh, safe, clean and effective products.


What is your refund policy?

Due to cannabis law, we do not allow refunds, returns or substitutions of products to Get Broccoli or any Get Broccoli brand partners and/or vendors. If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of products, or if you are otherwise unhappy with any product, please contact us at hello@getbroccolibox.com and we do our best to make it right. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within 24-hours of receipt of your box date based on the delivery confirmation receipt. Any refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


What is your cancellation policy?

There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of your subscription renewal. This means that you must cancel before the billing date for your next Broccoli Box. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. We are happy to provide you a 100% refund for your purchase as long as you have not passed the cut-off date prior to your order. This is clearly listed on your home page below the “Go to My Account” button. Once the cut-off day passes, we will be unable to provide a refund. If your cut-off day has not passed, please contact hello@getbroccolibox.com to request a refund.


How do I cancel?

In order to cancel your subscription, just head over to your profile and press the cancel membership button. Simple as that. Please be aware that we have a limited amount of members we can serve each month due to the curation and personalization we put into each box. If you do choose to cancel your membership you will not be able to reactivate immediately unless we have open membership spots available. In the event, you cancel and want to reactivate you will be re-positioned at the back of the line until we release new membership spots in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is imperative to us to be able to provide everyone a chance to be a Get Broccoli member.

How is Get Broccoli following social distancing guidelines?

Our team is taking every possible precaution to help protect our drivers and our customers from Covid-19. To comply with the CDC, we will not be touching your photo ID. Our driver will simply ask you to hold it so we can verify the date or scan the card. We will not ask you to sign, our driver will ask if we can sign an “x” on your behalf to confirm that you received the delivery. We will place the package where you like it, outside or the inside doorway, based on your preference. All of our drivers will be using gloves and masks. We are taking sanitizing precautions in the curation process for each box. Employees are practicing social distancing, are provided gloves and mask to use while assembling boxes and all production surfaces are being sanitized frequently.

What if I want to change the product preferences for my order? You can switch your product preferences from the profile section of the account page. Scroll down to Product Preferences to make changes to your account. Keep in mind, any changes made within 10 days of your next scheduled delivery date will automatically be applied to the following order.


Is the Broccoli Box recyclable?

Yes! The Get Broccoli Box is 100% recyclable. Use it as a stash box or a rolling tray.


How do I skip a month if I’m not ready for another Broccoli Box?
